Information on personal data processing (European Regulation 2016/679)
The information hereby presented on the processing of personal data filled in or collected on the www.factordev.it website (hereby named “website”) and other websites where such information is published, compliant to Art. 13 of the European Regulation no. 2016/679 (hereby named “GDPR”).

TYPOLOGY OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED
The following information is collected on the internet website www.factordev.it: personal data, anonymous data and aggregate data. More specifically, the following common personal data categories are collected:
Navigation data such as IP address, domain names of computers used by users accessing the website, addresses in URI notation (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the resources requested, time of request, method used in presenting the request to the server, size of the file received as answer, numeric code indicating the status of the answer provided by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment; information provided by the user on the phone, via email or through our website, when asking for information, assistance, etc., such as name, surname, email address, telephone number.
PURPOSE OF PROCESSING, LEGAL BASES AND RETENTION PERIOD
Navigation data collection
Computer systems and software procedures designed to make the website work acquire, while functioning, some personal data. This information is not collected to be associated to identified users, but – through processing and associations with third party data – may identify users. Such data is used for the sole purpose to collect anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to monitor its proper functioning. The data could be used to ascertain the responsibility in case of hypothetical informatic breaches to the website.
The legal base that legitimates personal data processing is the legitimate interest of the data controller; with reference to the retention period for data, users are informed that the data will be retained for the whole duration of the navigation session on the website.
Use of cookies
Cookies are text files created by some website on the user’s computer when they access a specific website, with the purpose of storing and transporting information. Cookies are sent by a web server (which is the computer used while visiting the website) to the user’s browser (Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, etc.). Factordev uses the cookies described in the Cookie Policy, more specifically:
- Technical/navigation/functionality cookies: can be used also without the consent of the user since they are necessary to ensure the smooth navigation and use of the website. They allow users to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example the language, the products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service offered to users. Blocking such cookies may result in a website malfunction or in any case the preferences or settings selected by the user for future sessions will not be saved.
The website does not use analytical and profiling cookies.
Assistance to the user, request for estimates and information
The user can contact the Company via phone or via email, using the contact information in the “Contacts” section and filling in the data collection form on www.factordev.it website (for example on the home page or in the sections dedicated to the services offered). In such cases the Company collects personal data to recognize the user and satisfy their requests for:
- General information or assistance;
- Contact information, to know more about a service or product offered by the Company;
- Estimates for products or services offered by the Company, including the “KeFirma” product.
The legal base for this treatment is the need to apply the measures following a contract, in order to improve the service for the user and reply to their expectations. The data will be stored for the period necessary to manage the request, plus the time necessary to erase data manually.
Legal obligations
To comply with the obligations foreseen by the regulations and the applicable national and supranational legal standard (laws, regulations, also sectorial).

Legal defence and Extrajudicial debt collection
Data processing by the Data controller can be used, if needed, to ascertain, exert or defend the rights of the controller itself in court, or to collect a deb from the user.
The legal basis for this treatment is the legitimate interest of the Company to defend itself in court from the user. In case of a court dispute, the data is stored for the whole duration of the dispute, up to the time limit for filing and appeal plus the time necessary to erase data manually.
DATA PROVISION
The data provision for the purposes described here below:
- Data are acquired automatically during navigation on the website;
- The user can oppose to the registration of cookies on their hard disk by configuring the navigation browser. Nevertheless, after such operation some functions on web pages may not work properly;
- It is mandatory to allow for the identification of the user and to ensure a proper follow up to the requests for information, estimates, or assistance;
- It is mandatory to allow the Data controller to comply to the obligations foreseen by rules and regulation defined by applicable national and supranational law (laws, regulations, also sectorial);
- It is mandatory to guarantee the legitimate interest of the Data controller to defend itself in court and/or collect a debt from the user.
PERSONAL DATA USER CATEGORIES
Your personal data will be processed by employees and/or collaborators of the Company who have been adequately instructed and have been expressly authorized for processing.
Your data can be communicated to subjects who are autonomous Data controllers, such as:
- Authorities and supervisory bodies, and more generally to subjects, public or private, who can legitimately request the data;
- Law firms or other Companies for the purposes stated above.
The data can also be processed, on behalf of the Company, by external subjects designated as External responsible for processing, such as: enterprises dealing with the proper functioning of the website.
YOUR RIGHTS
With regard to personal data processing by the Data controller, you can request from the controller the access to the data concerning you, their cancellation, the revision of inaccurate data, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of data processing in the cases foreseen in Art. 18 GDPR, as well as to oppose to the data processing, for reasons related to your particular situation, in the hypothesis of legitimate interest of the user.
In case the processing is based on consent, you have the right to revoke the consent at any given moment.
In case the processing is based on consent or on the contract and is acquired through automatized means, you have the right to receive your data in a structured form, for common use and in a readable format for automatic device as well as, if applicable, to communicate the data to another controller without hindrance.
At any moment, you can present a complaint to the Personal Data Protection Authority, as well as use the other means of protection foreseen by the applicable legislation.
